We are an Internet-only business. We appreciate orders placed on our Web site with a credit card. You can order with confidence using our secure shopping cart. As always, we use 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other personal information. We cannot accept telephone or fax orders or checks.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we have mistakenly sent you the wrong product. If your order is damaged in shipping, we will replace your order if you send the damaged items to us in the original packaging. You must contact us by e-mail for authorization before sending anything back.

Canary Cosmetics is not, and will not be, liable to you for any claims, causes of action or damages (including without limitation any direct, compensatory, special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages) arising out of Canary Cosmetics performance of services or provision of products, or for consequential economic damages or consequential damages to person or property, including damages arising from any acts, omissions, or negligence on the part of Canary Cosmetics, its agents or employees. In purchasing products from Canary Cosmetics, you expressly release and discharge Canary Cosmetics from all such claims, causes of action and damages.
